How do the sizes run?
ON-FIELD products are designed to be used in rigorous sporting activities, especially Rugby. The size charts on the site will help guide you.
Men’s & Women’s OFF-FIELD products have a slimmer vintage fit compared to ON-FIELD products. If you prefer a more roomy fit, it is recommended you buy the next size larger. The OFF-FIELD products run one full size smaller than ON-FIELD products, so if you wear a Large in ON-FIELD products, it is recommended you size up to XL in OFF-FIELD products. A sizing chart is also helpful on the site to guide you. Kid’s OFF-FIELD products run consistent with standard Kid’s sizes (refer to size chart).
Will you ship internationally (outside USA) or Canada?
Currently, we can only ship to the USA and its territories. Free shipping, when applicable, only applies to the contiguous states.
Is this site the Official Canterbury of New Zealand Company Online Store? Why are there other sites claiming to be the Global Official Online stores?
Yes, this is the Official Company Online Store for the United States. Other sites you may come across ship to other countries in the world outside of the USA.
Can I buy product from the other Canterbury of New Zealand sites and get it shipped to the USA?
Whether or not the other sites will ship to the USA depends on the site. However, you should be cautioned that we can only accept returns of merchandise purchased at this USA online store. You will have to deal with the site you purchased it from and return it to them, which could include costly shipping charges.
Why do the other Canterbury of New Zealand sites carry different product?
Over the past 103 years, our brand has grown in many markets around the world. Although we are the same brand, different markets have different product needs.
What if the item doesn't fit or I don’t like it?
Just fill out the enclosed return form that is in the box the items were shipped in, follow the directions carefully, place filled out form in the box, and drop it at any local Fed Ex store location. We cannot however be held responsible for boxes that get lost or for incorrectly filled forms. This policy applies to unworn, undamaged items with all original tags and packaging intact as it was shipped to you. We cannot take returns on worn items.
What if the item breaks or rips?
Will stand behind any manufacturing defects. However, we cannot be held responsible for wear and tear caused by the wearer, especially due to the rough nature of what many of the products are used. Please call 510-547-9000 or email info@CanterburyNZusa.com and we will work with you to determine the nature of the problem and the solutions available if any.
What if I can't find my size?
Available USA sizing information is indicated on each item. We remove all out-of-stock sizes. If for some reason you order an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you so you can make another selection. How do I change or cancel an order?

How can I find a product?
Canterbury of New Zealand makes it easy to find the product of your choice, or to simply browse all of the available products. The easiest way to find your styles is to select a category and view all of the products in that collection. When you want to view a larger image of a product, simply click on it. To order a product, select the "add to cart" button.
What if I can't find what I want?

How do I check out?
- Once you've added all of your products you want, select "view cart" location on the top bar on every page and select "check out" button at the bottom of the page.
- Next you will be asked for your order information, billing address, shipping address, credit card info, etc.
- After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will appear with your order number.
- You will receive an email confirming your order has been received and is being processed.
- For USA GROUND SHIPPING - please allow up to 14 business days.

Where can I obtain a catalog?
Sorry, we do not have a mail order catalog. The manufacturers at Canterbury of New Zealand adds new styles so frequently that a print catalog couldn't keep up. It would consume all of our time! We feel we can better serve you by devoting our time to on-line orders.
How will I know if my order has been received?
You will be receiving 2 email confirmations:
-1st email will confirm your order has been received and is being processed.
-2nd email will confirm your payment is being processed.
